Exchange Policy
At D’Wear Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible exchange and refund policy under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
- You may request an exchange within 4–5 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process any exchange request.
