To return an item, please visit our Returns section and fill out the return request form within 4–5 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. A return video (recorded while opening the package) is required for verification. Once approved, we will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra charge.
