Delivery Policy – D’Wear Couture
We offer fast and reliable shipping across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with minimal charges.
We ensure safe packaging and timely updates at every stage. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll keep you informed and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 4–5 Days Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return/Replacement:
- Applicable only on defective or wrong products received.
- A product opening video is mandatory to claim replacement. The video must clearly show the unboxing process.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
